Typographic Portrait

For this Assignment,I used a picture of my sister that I took on a digital camera.I put it onto Photoshop and masked the picture into a black background.I then words that described her.I typed in texted and warped it into the shape of her body or facial structure.Once I placed text everywhere I masked it onto of the layer and used the text as an over lay to create this effect, to make her clothes and skin color show through the text.I think this process was fairly easy.I used struggled with the masking but I really like how this came out.
